Q: Do I need an account to place a logo’d order?
A: It is highly recommended to create an account before placing a logo’d order. This will allow for images to be saved to your account. You will also be able to see your order history and any updates about your order.
Q: Do I add items to the cart first?
A: No, you will need to add your logo BEFORE you add items to the cart or select “Bulk Order.”
Q: What happens once I place my order?
A: As long as the artwork works for the type of embellishment selected, we will create a proof and send it to you for approval. The proof MUST be approved before it can go into production.
Q: How long will it take to get my order once the proof has been approved?
A: Your garments will take about 2 weeks once the proof has been approved. This may be an extended lead time during the winter holidays due to volume.
Q: How many logos can I put on one item?
A: We allow up to 3 locations as long as the garment allows for it.
Q: Why isn’t Full Back available for Embroidery?
A: The majority of our garments make full back embroidery tricky, as well as the costs associated with it.
Q: I want the same logo on the front and back but different sizes. How do I do this?
A: You can select Left Chest and Full Back. This represents a 3.5”-4” logo on the chest, and the back would be around 8”-9” wide typically. We will scale appropriately for your logo.
Q: Can I return or exchange items once they have my logo on them?
A: No, once the garment has your logo on it, we cannot accept a return or exchange.

Q: Do I get any discounts for ordering in bulk?
A: Yes. If you click Bulk Order, there will be a gray bar at the top of the page that will guide you to what your cost will be. Please see the chart below:

Q: How do I place a reorder?
A: Best thing to do is create an account BEFORE placing any logo’d orders. This way your artwork files will be saved in your account to allow for easy reordering. When reordering you will be able to select “Saved Image” rather than “Upload Image”
Q: Bulk order isn’t allowed working on some items. Why?
A: Bulk ordering isn’t available on items that are in the Bargain Tree.
