Human Resources Manager 

As our operations and team grow, we need an experienced, boots-on-the-ground HR leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to champion people, workplace safety, and our company values. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product  Development, Sourcing, and Operations. Workforce planning and job description development. Seamless onboarding and orientation for every new hire. 
  • Culture & Team Relations – Champion team culture through recognition, communication, and  events. Own conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management. Track engagement and  retention via stay/exit interviews and feedback to leadership. 
  • Safety & Compliance – Captain facility safety protocols, PPE compliance, OSHA logs, incident  investigations, and workers’ comp, and the safety committee. Build programs supporting emotional  and mental safety alongside physical safety. 
  • HR Systems (Paycor) – Administer Paycor for records, benefits, onboarding, and time-tracking. Keep  policies and handbooks compliant with local, state, and federal laws. Leverage software to maintain  compliance and deliver continuous improvement.  

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 5+ years of progressive HR generalist/management experience (manufacturing, retail, apparel, or  distribution background preferred). 
  • Hands-on Paycor experience for HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits. 
  • Able to work 100% on-site in Chagrin Falls, OH (not remote/hybrid). 
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards, safety best practices, and workers’ comp procedures. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus.

Retail Store Associate (Full Time and Part Time)

 

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: This role of a retail store associate involves providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. They play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience by offering product information, addressing inquiries, and contributing to the overall organization and appearance of the store. Additionally, retail store associates will assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and participating in promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities /duties: 

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately, following established procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any discrepancies or low stock situations.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and tagging products as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a cheerful outlook and willingness to assist customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately manage cash transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift 30lbs for extended periods.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to shoppers.
  • Adherence to company values and a willingness to uphold store policies and procedures.

Work Environment: Onsite/ In-store. Weekends, nights, and dedicated events required.
