How do I take care of my Arborwear product?
The care label on the inside of the garment will have the specific laundering guidelines. If the care label has been removed, here are the suggested guidelines by fabric:

  • Cotton Canvas (Pants, Vests, Jackets): Machine wash warm / Tumble dry low / Remove promptly / No bleach
  • Cotton Shirts: Machine wash cold / Tumble dry low / Remove promptly / No bleach
  • Cotton Fleece (Sweatshirts): Machine wash warm / Tumble dry low / Remove promptly / No bleach
  • Polyester Fleece: Machine wash warm / Tumble dry low / Remove promptly / No bleach
  • Nylon (Tech Pants, Tech Shirts, Tech Shorts): Machine wash cold / Tumble dry low / Remove promptly / No bleach / Do Not Iron
  • drirelease® and drirelease® with GEO cool (Tech T’s, Tech Polo, Transpiration T’s with GEO cool): Machine wash warm / Tumble dry warm / Remove promptly / No bleach / No fabric softener or dryer sheets

I purchased Arborwear at another retail store (not your flagship store in Chagrin Falls). Can I exchange or return it directly with you?
Purchases from another retail store may only be returned or exchanged directly with the store from which you originally purchased the product.

I purchased an Arborwear product from your website, but it is not the correct size. Can I exchange it?
Yes, please check out our fair and flexible Exchanges & Returns policy and instructions.

Does Arborwear have a limited warranty on their products?
Yes, we do. We want you to have the best experience possible with our honest, hardworking clothing. Arborwear warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Any Arborwear product with a defect in materials or workmanship will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. Damage due to improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, and material breakdown associated with extended use will not be covered. This limited warranty does not extend to items purchased from the Bargain Tree section of our website.

For instructions on how to process a warranty issue, please contact our Customer Care team at 888-578-TREE (8733) or info@arborwear.com.

Please don’t send us your dirty laundry. By law, garments returned for warranty inspection must be washed and clean. Thank you for your cooperation. Our whole team appreciates it!

How can I tell the name or style number of the product I have?
The sewn-in tags include the style number of our products. We suggest you contact us and we can walk you through the process of identifying which style number or product you have.

Does Arborwear have stickers? If so, how can I get one?
Yes, we do! Our 1”x3” stickers are free. All we ask is that you send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address:

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery after we have received the request. Any requests without a return envelope with required postage can unfortunately not be processed.

I have a promo code. When and where do I enter it?
Valid promo codes may be entered during our checkout process. One promo code may be applied per order.

Will my credit card information be secure?
