Senior WordPress Developer
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Arborwear – Chagrin Falls Ohio
About the Role: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PHP8, MySQL 8, WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce in a multi-site configuration. Additionally, proficiency in NodeJS/JavaScript, Git, and AWS DevOps is essential. A solid understanding of financial transactions, including payment gateways such as Authorize.net, GiveX, and tax calculations, is a nice-to-have.  Understanding of ERP / CRM platform integrations is important, understanding of MS Dynamics as an ERP / CRM platform is a nice-to-have.
Key Responsibilities:
WordPress & WooCommerce Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Optimize WooCommerce for performance and scalability in a multi-site configuration.
- Implement complex e-commerce solutions and integrations.
Backend Development:
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP8 code within custom plugins.
- Design and manage MySQL 8 databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
- Integrate with and modify external NodeJS services.
Frontend Development:
- Use Elementor to build out new content pages and templates.
- Build custom Elementor widgets for use within templates.
- Build and improve custom dashboards.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Version Control & Collaboration:
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development using feature branches.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
AWS DevOps:
- Manage AWS infrastructure to support development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
Financial Transactions:
- Integrate and manage payment gateways such as Authorize.net and GiveX.
- Implement tax calculations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues.
ERP / CRM Integrations:
- Manage and improve existing integrations with various platforms.
- Work to help transition over to a new unified platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in WordPress and WooCommerce development.
- Experience with a production multi-site application.
- Strong proficiency in PHP8 and MySQL 8.
- Experience with NodeJS (or similar) and JavaScript.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with AWS DevOps infrastructure management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of financial transaction systems and payment gateways.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics or other ERP / CRM platforms.
- Experience conducting ADA audits / improving site ADA compliance.
- Understanding SEO best practices.

Job Summary:Â As the Retail Store Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our retail store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning, excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of retail associates.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and motivate retail teams to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing and customer-focused team.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management and merchandising.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
Customer Service:
