Systems & Data Analyst
JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: As an Arborwear Systems & Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the data integrity of our systems, managing purchase order placements, and providing vital support to our buyers and cross functional teams. Your expertise will help drive our operations and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
System & Data Integrity:
- Maintain and monitor the accuracy and functionality of ERP systems & related documents such as building parts in our system, staying up to date with costs, payment terms, etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and other departments.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all planning and inventory systems.
Purchase Order Placement:
- Oversee the end-to-end process of purchase order creation and management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order placement
- Monitor order statuses, on time deliveries and partner with team to tackle issues and problem solving
Third-Party Buyer Assistance:
- Collaborate with buyer(s) to understand their needs and requirements for new styles & all aspects of data integrity.
- Provide support in data analysis, forecasting, and planning to aid in their purchasing decisions.
- Assist in the development of strategies to optimize inventory and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning, system data integrity or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of planning systems and purchase order processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel

Design and Product Development Manager
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design and Product Development Manager to inspire and lead our team of Designer/Developers in creating innovative, high-performance products. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to pre-production—ensuring every product meets Arborwear’s high standards for functionality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:Â
- Lead and Inspire Team: Manage and mentor a team of Designer/Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and motivation.
- Oversee Product Development: Guide the end-to-end product design and development process, ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.
- Enhance Processes: Drive continuous improvement in design workflows, methodologies, and best practices.
- Material Collaboration: Partner with mills and suppliers to source and develop technical materials and trims that meet performance, testing, and cost requirements.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Sourcing team to manage the full development process, ensuring timelines, quality, target costs, and delivery goals are consistently achieved.
- Align with Brand & Market: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align products with customer needs while maintaining Arborwear’s brand identity.

- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee all products meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Product Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership and mentorship role.Â
- Proficient in: Adobe, Excel, Google Sheets, and PLM systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of materials and finishes, construction techniques, and large batch manufacturing.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills– ability to present well-defined ideas and concepts effectively.Â

Operations Material Handler
JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Arborwear is searching for additional Material Handler team members who can perform a variety of work in accordance with procedures such as picking orders, picking production orders, receiving, storage, accounting for inventory and working efficiently with our warehouse operations.Â
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Check-in and receive 3rd party/Arborwear products daily.Â
- Verify counts of parts received from production and suppliers.
- Utilize the company’s automated picking technology for Sales Orders and Production LOTs for internal/external decorating department.Â
- Stack products on pallets.
- Utilize pallet-jack to move pallets of product throughout the warehouse.Â
- Stock inventory on shelves in designated bin locations.
- Replenish warehouse inventory to ensure pick-faces are always full of products.Â
- Restock returns.
- Build boxes for storing or shipping goods.
- Generate packing lists and shipping labels.
- Pick orders and assemble them into kits.
- Coordinate curbsides pick up orders, domestic and international shipments.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Break down boxes and place them in a cardboard dumpster daily.Â
- Pull items for Tradeshow/Retail store events.Â
- Report on-time delivery outcomes.Â
- Support operations team with keeping warehouse and inventory neat and organized.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including emptying trash cans and sweeping bays.
- Assist other departments if needed to ensure all orders/lots are getting out on time daily.
- Load and Unload truck shipments.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heat transfer machines to apply logos, graphics, and designs to garments.
- Prepare garments and heat transfer materials, ensuring correct placement and alignment.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of heat transfer equipment.
