Outside Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The role of a Key Account Outside Sales professional involves proactively identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with clients in a specific geographic territory. They leverage strategic insights and industry knowledge to tailor sales solutions, negotiate contracts, and exceed revenue targets. Through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and effective collaboration with internal teams, they aim to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities /Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, engage, and grow relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Actively prospect, acquire, and manage key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align solutions with key account requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics related to key account management.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred) or a related field.
- Proven record of successfully acquiring and retaining strategic clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM and ERP software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Production Specialist
Job Summary:
Production Specialist will be meticulous and dependable Machine Operator to operate and maintain heat transfer and embroidery equipment for applying logos and designs to garments, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production process while adhering to safety standards. Cross training on all functions within the production department.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heat transfer and embroidery machines to apply logos, graphics, and designs to garments.
- Prepare garments and heat transfer materials, ensuring correct placement and alignment.
- Monitor machine settings to maintain consistent quality and troubleshooting issues during operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of heat transfer and embroidery equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Match / verify garments to production lot paperwork.
- Read and understand LOT paperwork on how to decorate garments.
- Identify potential issues on LOT paperwork including design, colors, and correct items.
- Properly set up garment, design, and machine for decoration production
- Acquire artwork, proof, or embroidery files from PLM system.
- Operate heat press and embroidery machines (Tajima)
- Finish or assist with finishing embroidered garments.
- Monitor speed of service & accuracy for process evaluation, opportunities to improve.
- Deliver production LOTs to Receiving Team
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating heat transfer or similar machines in a production environment a bonus.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision and diligence.
- Basic mechanical skills to adjust and maintain equipment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and meet production deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.

Material Handler
Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and dependable full-time Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and efficiently processing incoming shipments, accurately picking, and packing orders, and ensuring timely shipments to our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or shipping manifests.
- Inspect received goods for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize received inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders or requisitions.
- Pack orders and double check all orders for accuracy ready for shipment.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation using computerized systems.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelving, packing stations, and shipping areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and use of inventory management software.
- Strong diligence and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50lbs, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
