The shipping dates you receive are estimates, and not guaranteed by Arborwear or our shipping carriers, including Priority and Expedited shipping. The estimated shipping time does not include the time that it takes to process your order.
Our shipping carriers are also currently experiencing delivery delays. This means order confirmation emails, order processing updates and tracking information are also experiencing delays.
Once you submit the order and it is processed, we are not able to make any changes to it. We are also not able to cancel your order once it is processed. We are not able change items, sizes, quantities, or addresses. Please make sure the items in your cart are correct. Please double check your address settings before submitting the order, especially if you have moved recently and/or use auto-fill systems to fill in your address or credit card information.
Shipping times for international orders does not include customs processing time. Shipping rates for international customers do NOT include customs/duty/VAT charges.
The shipping cost added to your order is calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping address.
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii as well as P.O. Boxes and APOs ship via US Postal Service. Ground Shipping is FedEx.
For any shipments outside of the Continental US, duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping charges on our order confirmation do not include any of these fees. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Arborwear cannot predict these charges therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Also note customs procedures often cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate.
Standard Shipping (FedEx):
Merchandise will ship within 3-5 business days unless your company logo is added. Adding your logo takes a little time. Expect to receive your order in approximately two weeks if your order includes clothing with your company logo added.

Orders including clothing with your company logo are not eligible for expedited shipping options as it takes time to complete your order before it can be shipped to you.
All orders placed on Friday will not be received until the following Monday. Please note when ordering with overnight or 2-day shipping.
