I was running a chainsaw cutting a large pine in to smaller section. I knew that our pull line was untied but still in the tree that I was working on. My coworker tied the free end of the rope to our mini skid steer and began pulling it out. The rope flipped over the tree and wrapped the back of my right leg and foot. The rope pulled my leg in to the saw bar while it was running. I let of the throttle pretty fast but my cedar flex work pants stopped that chain immediately. My pants took a hit but I didn’t get a scratch. Thank you Arborwear.
