Find the Right Fit
Chainsaw protective apparel must fit correctly to provide its intended coverage.
- The waistband should sit securely at your hips.
- The bottom of the chaps should overlap the top of your boots by approximately 2 inches.
- Straps should feel secure without being too tight or too loose.
- The chaps should remain in place while allowing comfortable movement.
How to Measure Your Inseam
Lay a pair of pants that fits you well on a flat surface and smooth out the fabric. Measure from the front crotch point along the inseam to the bottom hem.

- Regular: 30″–32″ inseam
- Long: 33″–34″ inseam
- Extra Long: 35″–36″ inseam, available on Calf Wrap styles only

- Fabric strain, cuts, rips, holes, or burn marks
- Loose, exposed, clumped, or dislodged blocking material
- Built-up dirt, debris, oil, or moisture
- Discoloration or signs of contamination
- Shrinkage or damage caused by improper washing or drying
- An outer shell that no longer aligns with the protective layers
- Previous sewing, patching, repairs, or modifications
Do not wear chainsaw protective apparel that does not fit properly, needs repair, has damaged or exposed protective material, or has been contaminated or modified. Always read and follow the product safety label before use.
