Sof Sole Ultra Work Insoles are trim-to-fit inserts designed for men who spend long periods standing or walking in work boots. A supportive chassis runs through the insole, while gel cushioning at the heel and forefoot helps soften impact in the areas that receive the most pressure.

A removable heel plug allows the insole to be adjusted for different footwear and activities. Installing the plug adds support around the heel and Achilles area for work-boot use. Removing it creates a more rounded heel surface for a smoother walking motion in athletic footwear. The men’s version fits shoe sizes 7 through 13 before trimming.
